Meet CLIMB's Board of Directors

The motto, "lift as you climb" is Anthony Cobb's life conviction - believing that we have a responsibility to help others on our journey. Anthony is a human resources executive that has held various leadership positions across manufacturing and retail organizations.

Dr. Mark C. Schug is Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mark speaks and writes about economics and personal finance. A widely recognized scholar, he has written and edited over 230 articles, books, and national curriculum materials.​​​​

Salli Martyniak is a nationally recognized expert in community development financial institutions (CDFIs) and brings a wealth of multi-sector experience to the table, particularly when exploring opportunities for strengthening communities and impact investing.​

Carla Y. Cross is President and CEO of Cross Management Services, Inc., a business consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing supplier diversity programs for corporations, developers and construction companies.

Darius Feaster is a Milwaukee native and dynamic entrepreneur whose career spans finance, medical sales, real estate, and nonprofit leadership, combining business acumen with a deep commitment to youth empowerment and community impact.

Tannette Johnson-Elie is an award-winning journalist and 2025 Milwaukee Press Club Media Hall of Fame inductee whose 35-year career has centered on amplifying underrepresented voices, championing minority-owned businesses, and advancing equity in media.​

Tori is the Director of Development & Operations at FULCRUM, taking broad responsibility for several key functions within the organization: fundraising and donor relations, finance, operations, and tactical organizational leadership.

Dan Nash is a Vice President and FP&A Manager at Baird and a Certified Public Accountant whose career spans global audit, financial strategy, and a strong commitment to expanding access to business and accounting careers for underrepresented students.

Ken is a U.S. Air Force veteran who has a Bachelor’s of Business in Accounting (cum laude) and an MBA from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He is a licensed CPA, and has been recognized as Chief Financial Officer of the Year in Wisconsin in 2021.
